The objective for the Odisha Tourism stand at 2024’s World Travel Market was to showcase Odisha’s beautiful, vibrant, cultural heritage. Our team were tasked with designing a stand which worked around a focal point of Odisha’s Sun Temple Konark Wheel.

    The stand also needed to be a welcoming spot for potential clients to sit comfortably and gather more information.

what we did

We kicked off the project with in-depth meetings, understanding what the clients requirements were. Our team then set off planning conscientious renders. Once sign off from our clients was given, our technical teams proceeded to build the striking 8m by 5m exhibition stand. The exhibition stand featured a prominent 3.5m by 2m LED screen, a dedicated seating area with chairs as well as bar stools for Odisha Representatives to operate from the bespoke branded counter tops.

In order to display all that Odisha has on offer we also installed 6 x 55” screens integrated into wooden boards, which were mounted to the modular exhibition stand.

the outcome

The exhibition stand gained significant traction, eliciting a bustling turnout to the opening ceremony with the Indian Ambassador making a guest appearance. The stand’s remarkable design, including a prominent LED screen and engaging seating area, created an approachable environment that resonated with clients. The outcome was an eye-catching exhibition stand which our clients were elated with!
